We refer to our announcement on 12 December 2001 in respect of YCSB's request to the Securities Commission ("SC") for an extension of time of six (6) months to complete the Proposed Restructuring Scheme.

The SC vide their letter dated 14 December 2001, has approved the extension of time to implement the Proposed Restructuring Scheme for a further six (6) months up to and including 21June 2002.
